We want you and your tiger to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on items in Pristine, unopened, and original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, sealed, and unopened state to qualify for a return.

• Window: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

• Process: Please contact our support team with your order number to initiate the return process.

• Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and verified as unopened, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Note: Due to the nature of our industrial-grade grooming products, opened items cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons. We appreciate you respecting the wild and keeping our standards high.
